Had a great experience at JSConf this weekend. I just posted a summary of my related tweets from the event, on my "code monkey" blog

Looks like the seller is living in the 2007 housing market, rather than 2009. We're both about THIS close to dropping the offer and looking for something better with a seller willing to play ball.
