I originally picked this char up from Smogon Kane, who got permission to use the sprites that Ghouly Mad Maximoff did for his SFR version of Ice. Smogon had added a few things to the char, but I felt like she needed more work to truly fit in with the other DC vs Marvel chars, and I've been working on her ever since.
